Easy Returns (Product's Returns Policy)
In our commitment to provide you with 100% satisfaction with our products, we have a product return policy. In the rare event of having to return a product due to the reasons given below, simply contact us to return the product and in many cases, get a full refund through PayPal, our preferred payment gateway system. It is worthwhile remembering that all the returns and replacements are handled with special care and it is our constant endeavor to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our service.
Before asking for a refund, please ensure that your reason to return the product complies with at least one of the following clauses:
a) Defective Product: If the product does not match your requirements, or is found to be defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product. Do let us know about it as soon as possible for a quick exchange.
b) Wrong delivery: Have you just received a wring product? Don’t worry! If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal.
c) Mistakes in Ordering: If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product. (Please note that the labor cost for preparing the custom product will be charged.) |
